Akshay Kumar Back In Full Swing On Bollywood
Akshay Kumar loves action. He may have been away from it for sometime.While shoots are on for his next action packed film Blue, he is just done with his television venture Fear Factor - Khatron Ke Khiladi. And, apparently, he had a blast shooting for the show which has quite a few actresses competing and trying to outdo each other. Among others, the show has Pooja Bedi, Yaana, Urvashi Sharma, Meghna Naidu, Aditi Govitrikar and Anita Hassnandani. And the ladies swear that Akshay gave them a huge complex. “The stunts were pretty scary and tough and we used to have a hard time doing them. But after we were all done with the stunts he would often do it for us again,” says Pooja Bedi. “And while we enjoyed watching him do it, the worst part is that he did it so well and made it look so easy that it made us feel bad. He gave us a huge complex. But he also encouraged us to better the next time,” she adds.
And they did pretty well, say the ladies. “It was really good doing the stunts. I have discovered that I can do a thing too. I am a stronger person now. I know I am not afraid of many things,” says Anita Hassnandani. Urvashi Sharma agrees to this and adds, “I discovered that I am afraid of rats as I am allergic to them!” And they admit that even if there were fears they did the stunts just to overcome that and come out braver. “I had to jump down and there was nothing below. I almost decided that I won’t do it but then I thought about my kids and did it,” says Pooja.
Coming back to Akshay, Ms Bedi says, “He was great help. He kept motivating us whenever needed.” Well, Akshay surely has a growing number of fans all over. Recently we caught Katrina talking about the actor and the fact that he put up such a spectacular performance in less than a day at the IIFA. No wonder he is a superstar!
