Sandeep Patil was perhaps known more for his liaisons with Bollywood heroines than his film Kabhi Ajnabi The with Poonam Dhillon and Debashree Roy. But his son Chirag Patil looks more determined than that. The cricketer’s son is all set to make his big Bollywood debut with Dev Anand ’s forthcoming film Chargesheet. A suspense-thriller shot in Mahabaleshwar, Mumbai and Dubai, Chargesheet is about a retired CBI officer, needless to say, played by Dev Anand himself. Jackie Shroff will be playing a corrupt police officer.
The film which is almost 60% complete, will have Riya Sen doing a cameo. And if the industry buzz is to be believed, either Sanjay Dutt or Amitabh Bachchan might also put in an appearance in the film.Now here’s for us to see whether a cricketer’s son can make it big in tinsel town when most actors’ children are struggling to find a foothold.
