The latest film that has been making headlines the world over has had its share in India too and for all those who loved the film and even for those who kind of detested it, here’s a lighter moment from our friends at Amul butter who never fail to get a smile out of this busy city with their witty yet topical and fun advertisements.
Amul once again as usual hasn’t failed, this time with a tale on the Oscar nominated film Slumdog Millionaire featuring the caricatures of Anil Kapoor, A.R. Rahman and the latest hot onscreen couple of Dev and Freida. What’s more is that, ’ Jai Ho ’, the song that became a chartbuster has been twisted to ’Chai Ho’ in the ad while ’Slumdog’ has been changed to ’Hotdog’. What else could be a better way to incorporate the influences of the West and the Indian traits together just like this film which is directed by a westerner based in an Indian setting?
