Vikram and Shriya were in Mexico City doing a salsa song for Susi Ganesan directed Kanthasamy. The song is going to be one of the major highlights of this action adventure movieThe song Mama Mia…, is tuned by Devi Sri Prasad and picturised on Vikram, Shriya and hundreds of local Mexican dancers .Vikram, it seems impressed the local dancers, who were bowled over by his fast movements.
It is not very easy to do Salsa, a fusion of informal dance styles having roots in Latin America and Caribbean`s, with a strong African influence in music and dancing. Vikram and Shriya know the basics of Salsa dancing.The cameraman Ekambaram had a tough time canning the shot with the lead pair and local dancers who do not understand how Kollywood shoots songs! Vikram and Shriya are very good dancers, so Mama Mia… is going to rock to the tune of Devi`s peppy music. The buzz is that Vikram has sung this number along with Suchitra!
