When Namitha started showing up, her skin show was in great demand, but now people dislike her fatty and tired skin appearance.More than glamour, her appearance adds to the scene and the same is being noted by directors.

Now, as Nila and other jobless thin females are ready to do item roles, they are being considered to replace Namitha. On this list already Nila took the job at Jagan Mohini directed by N.K. Viswanathan.
