This rumor is sure to have taken shape around the sets of Sathyam. Nayan’s recent meeting with Silambarasan and the surrounding speculations only strengthened the rumors. But Vishal seems to have nailed the rumor on its head with a flat denial.
Vikram replacing Rajini:
Now, this must qualify as the most shocking rumor of recent times and one has no idea from where it stemmed from! The rumor spreading at that time was that Shankar might put Vikram in place of Rajini in Robot. But of course –we know better now! The Superstar has already left for the U.S. to shoot portions of the movie, with Ash (very possibly) joining him for it.
Rajini angry with Vasu:
This is one rumor we can squelch firmly. Post-Kuselan we see how happy Rajini has been with the crew of the movie. But before the movie released, this rumor had spread: that because there were delays in the movie, Rajini was unhappy with the Kuselan crew. Some had even gossiped that Rajini was the one behind the delay because he wanted the movie to release on a Thursday. Everyone involved in Kuselan is now heartily celebrating, so no worries.
Dhaam Dhoom pair in love:
Another film, another star pair and another romance. Well, it gets too predictable after a while doesn’t it? A Mumbai based magazine is behind rumors that Jeyam Ravi and Kangana Ranaut are seeing each other. Nothing of that sort has been said in Kollywood. The stars as usual have denied any such developments.
The cast of Marmayogi:
Dasavatharam is now more than 50 days old at the box office and Marmayogi has started grabbing the headlines. This rumor is something that we have already heard of quite a few times. Kamal Haasan is yet to take major decisions regarding Marmayogi and has only finalized Hema Malini. Rumor mills had worked overtime to project Shriya, Asin and the biggest of them all – Amitabh Bachchan – as part of the cast. Well, there have been denials from all quarters but the gossip is still doing the rounds. What has been added are the names of Kajol and Padmapriya.
