Perhaps, everyone associated with film industry wants to at least make a film. Well, Resul Pookutty isn’t far from that motif as he revealed his long time dreams. Winning Academy Awards for his astounding piece of sound editing in Slumdog Millionaire, the sound engineer has gone ahead in various places. He made his debut with Rajat Kapoor’s ‘Private Detectives’ that was never released. Later, he shot to a little bit of fame with Black (2005), Traffic Signal (2007), Saawariya (2007) and Ghajini (2008).
As he is presently working for Mammooty’s ‘Pazhasi Raja’, he was questioned whether he has plans about making a film. Indeed, he came up with a sure confident answer ‘Yes, I have a big dream about directing Amitabh Bachchan. Precisely, I want people to appreciate as an excellent filmmaker as Alfred Hitchcock.
