
Paruthiveeran Karthi’s Aayirathil Oruvan is in the eye of a storm with a song sequence spelling trouble to the movie’s producers. According to sources, junior artistes employed for the song were required to be body-painted in different colors. The song was shot successfully; however, the artistes participated in the song developed skin allergy and reported skin rashes and some even inflammation.
The victims, unfortunately, could not claim any compensation from the producers as they are not enrolled in the Junior Artistes Association. On the other hand, a Chennai based non-profitable organization has decided to take up their case and fight for compensation from the producers, an industry source was quoted as saying.
