Shruthi Haasan Have Now Turned Her Eyes Towards Bollywood

Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruthi made her debut as heroine in the Hindi film Luck. After this she composed music for her father’s film Unnai Pol Oruvan.

Shruthi who was concentrating in cutting albums have now turned her eyes towards Bollywood. While speaking about this, she said,” I am concentrating in composing music for South Indian language films. I also composed music for my father’s film.

The A-Listers Of K-Town Put Their Commercial Disasters In Tollywood

The year 2009 was a disappointing one for Kollywood stars in Tollywood, as their dubbed films Eenadu (Kamal Haasan), Mallanna (Vikram), Pista (Vishal) and Ghatikudu (Suriya) bit the BO dust.

But looks like the A-listers of K-Town have put their commercial disasters behind them and are geared up to woo the Andhra audience with a variety of films. Interestingly, besides Rajnikanth and Kamal Haasan, other K-town stars who have a dedicated fan following in Tollywood are Suriya, Vikram and Vishal.

The newest entrant to the Telugu market – actor Karthi, brother of Suriya is pulling all stops to vigorously promote his new release and even showcased his multi-linguist skills by conversing in Telugu. Karthi says he’s “comfortable with Telugu” and “has dubbed” his own lines in the film. Producer Vikram Krishna is all set to release his big budget film Khilladi (Tiratha Vilayatu Pillai) with his brother Vishal in the lead. “It’s the story of a youngster who believes in the policy of picking three options before zeroing in on one. That’s the way, he chooses his ideal partner among three pretty damsels,” says Krishna.

Kamal Haasan Wanted To Make His Mentor K.Balachandar A Hero

For a long time Kamal Haasan wanted to make his mentor K. Balachandar a hero. He even had a pucca script ready for his guru. But KB sir wasn’t interested to come in front of the camera when Kamal wanted then.

But now the veteran director has started acting and has completed two films ‘Muriyadi’ and ‘Rettai Suzhi’ with the newer generation directors. This has prompted Kamal to renew his request once again to his guru and it seems the director has yielded to his most talented pupil and agreed to act in the film.

Earlier, there were reports of Tamannaah being the choice. Now the latest we hear is that our Ulaganayagan is considering Nayantara for the role. It is also said that it was Prabhu Deva who proposed this idea to Kamal.

The Indian film industry is virtually being looted by the scourge of online piracy. A study undertaken by Motion Picture Distributors Association (MPDA), has put India among the top ten countries in the world, where online piracy is at its highest.

Bollywood, Tollywood and Kollywood are the prime victims of the crime. An internet company, based in the US put that online piracy of film and television content in India is mainly through the file sharing networks and cyberlockers.

There Is No Jealous Between Me And Rajinikanth-Kamal Haasan

K.Balachander Hoping To Resurrect Lalithakumari Acting Career

Before Sarika parted ways from Kamal Haasan, she had been the costume designer in most of Kamal’s movies, When they split, she tried to restart her acting career by appearing in a number of roles.
