Comedy actor Goundamani was a leading comedy actor in Tamil film industry. He was suffering from severe diabetics. For the last few days he was suffering from shoulder pain. At this point he was suffering from severe breathing problems.
Following this, he was admitted in the hospital. Doctors who reviewed his physical condition found out that he was suffering from a mild heart attack. He underwent full body check. After this the doctors decided to conduct a heart operation. Yesterday morning the operation took place at 7.30 a m.
The operation went up to 12 noon. He was brought out of the operation and he is being kept in the intensive care unit. The doctors stated that his operation was successful but he will be kept in the intensive care unit for few days and will be sent home after 15 days.
