Megastar Chiranjeevi, for the first time, met a few senior journalists in Hyderabad on Tuesday evening to seek their advice on the strategies to be adopted by him while launching his political party.He reportedly made thorough enquiries about the journalists he would like to talk and their integrity, before calling them to his office. The first thing he had asked them on meeting them was not to leak any of the information he would be sharing with them. Only after getting a firm assurance from them that everything would be kept a closely guarded secret, did Chiru start disclosing his mind.

Sources, however, say Chiru spent more time on listening from the media friends, rather than opening his cards before them. He did not tell them anything – about the name of his political party, date of its launch and how he would come into public. Only thing that he told them was that he would take the blessings of Lord Venkateshwara before coming into the public. “I will tell everything at a press conference very soon,” was all he said.

But as usual, electronic media displayed their over-enthusiasm in reporting Chiru’s meeting with mediapersons. Even as the meeting was on, they flashed the news in the channels, making all sorts of guess on his party. However, the print media did not report anything about his plans on Wednesday. That way, they kept their word given to Chiranjeevi.
